Working under a different name while claiming disability will expose a person in more than one way…

This was a back injury claim where she was involved in a car wreck and she was claiming disability. As a result of our investigation, we learned that she was still working as an exotic dancer.

I knew her stage name so I went into a gentleman’s club where she was working. Using a body worn camera, I paid her to perform table dances for me. I had an unlimited supply of money so she gave me table dance after table dance until she was exhausted and, needless to say, I got a lot of video and she got paid well that night.

I turned it over to the client and it was settled. I never did hear how beneficial that was to the settlement of the case but, obviously, it did play some role because she was clearly able to still work and earn a living.
